BIO

Sean is an Atlanta-based guitarist, bassist, and songwriter. Born in the UK and raised in the US, Sean’s musical influences draw from soul, Rock’n’Roll, indie, Rhythm & Blues, jazz, Folk, experimental electronic music, hip hop, punk and psych. He has 28 years of writing, recording, and performing experience – including 8 years of teaching experience.

Sean has toured North America and Europe extensively with Atlanta artists Curtis Harding and Mattiel – with some highlights including opening for Lenny Kravitz while on tour with Curtis Harding and playing at Glastonbury Festival with Mattiel in 2019.

Sean is primarily self-taught with the exception of a few mentors over the years. His own fascination for playing guitar and learning to make music stemmed from being in awe of his favorite musicians. He wanted to create music and share it with the world like they did. Picking up the guitar for the first time at the age of 10, he began to learn his favorite songs and his musical talent and passion naturally flowed from there. He aims to help his students find their particular passion in music and let their curiosity lead them where they want to go.
